What if I already have a website?
We'll usually rebuild it — most contractor sites aren't set up to capture a lead, which is the whole point. You keep your domain and we point it at the new site, so nothing you've built up in Google is lost.
Is there really no contract?
No contract, no setup fee, no minimum term. You pay monthly and can stop any month. You own your domain, your phone number and your customer list — leaving is deliberately easy, because we'd rather earn the next month than trap you into it.
How much of my time does this take?
About 45 minutes total: a 15-minute consultation and a 30-minute onboarding call. We pre-fill everything we can find publicly, so you're confirming details rather than filling in forms. After that you don't touch it — the system runs and you just answer the leads it brings in.
What happens if it isn't live in 10 days?
Your first month is free. We track the 10-business-day SLA from the onboarding call and treat it as a hard deadline, not a target.
Do I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. We can either port your number across or set up a tracked number that forwards straight to your cell — most contractors start with forwarding so nothing changes on day one. Either way the number is yours and leaves with you.
Do I need to learn any software?
No. Everything lands in one app — texts, emails, Facebook and Google messages in a single inbox. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use this. We set it up on your phone with you on the onboarding call.
Will the automated texts cause TCPA problems?
No. Missed Call Text Back only replies to someone who has just called you, and every campaign runs with proper consent handling, opt-outs and A2P 10DLC registration. We set the compliance side up during onboarding — it isn't left to you.
Does this work for my trade?
If customers find you on Google and hire you over the phone, yes. We build for roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, general contracting, remodeling, landscaping, painting, concrete, fencing, flooring and restoration — with templates and message wording written per trade rather than one generic contractor site.
How do I pay, and when does billing start?
Monthly by card, starting once your site is live — not when you sign up. There's no setup fee and nothing to pay to see your mock-up on the consultation call.
What if I want to add or drop an automation later?
Add-ons are month to month, same as the core plan. Most contractors start on the core plan and add one automation after the first month, once the reporting shows them where the leads are actually coming from.
